PHASE 1 -WORK-

  • Representation and direct assistance of the client towards the monitoring, supervision, collaboration and approval of the works executed by:

    • Administration, other technical control entities and supply companies

    • Follow-up of the hiring structure
    • Risk control
    • Supervision and approval of the construction process according to budget, deadlines, quality and regulatory compliance.

PHASE 2- DELIVERY-

  • Launching
    • Review and acceptance of the delivery of the final documentation of the work to be delivered to our client by the Faculty Management
    • Review and accept the monitoring of the Executive Management regarding the process of reception of the work by the construction company.
  • Guarantees
    • Follow-up and control of the arrangement processes provided for in the reception report within the established deadlines.
    • Assist our client in possible conflicts and deficiencies during the guarantee and in the return of retentions to the construction company.
